摘  要:料浆转鼓造粒生产S-NPK工艺是在料浆喷浆造粒工艺基础上发展起来的,该工艺适合大规模生产,产品养分可调,近年采用此工艺较多。阐述料浆转鼓造粒生产S-NPK各工序工艺条件的选择,并进行了分析,提供了工艺控制指标。由于系统有滞后性,调整要有预见性,做到超前控制才能维持长期稳定生产。The S-NPK process by slurry spray-drum granulation method is developed from basis of slurry-spray granulation process which the new process is suitable for large scale production, adjustable product components and the process widely used in recent years. The multi-section condition selection is described and analyzed, the process control indexes are foreseeability adjustment and the advance control provided. Because of the system hysteresis quality, are demanded for the long-term steady production.
