摘　　要：企业战略联盟的失败主要是由于其缺乏稳定性。本文在对战略联盟稳定性研究进行总结的基础上,结合建筑市场及建筑企业的特点,提出了影响建筑企业战略联盟稳定性的基础性因素和关键性因素,并提出了强化建筑企业战略联盟稳定性的方法。The failure of enterprise strategic alliances is mainly caused by the scarcity of stability. This paper summarizes the research of the stability of strategic alliances. And based on this, combining with the characteristics of construction market and enterprises, it puts forward the basic factor and critical factors influencing the stability of construction enterprises strategic alliances. Moreover, it proposes the methods to strengthen the stability.
