摘　　要：最大限度地减少毒品的社会危害,是维护社会和谐稳定的一项主要内容。有效地解决毒品问题是一项社会性综合治理工程,社区禁毒是禁毒治理中一个极其重要的组成部分。在构建和谐社会的框架下,探讨社区禁毒对于促进社会和谐的积极作用以及如何开发、整合、利用社区的各种社会资源,以最优化的资源结构投入禁毒治理这场人民战争。Reducing the social damage of drugs to the maximum limit is an important content of safeguarding the social harmony and stability. Dealing with drug problems efficiently is a social comprehensive control project, of which community drug-suppression is an important component. Community drug-suppression plays an active role constructing harmonious society. This paper discusses how to exploit, readjust and use all kinds of social resources of community, how to suppress drugs with optimized resource structure.
