摘 要:目的:观察运动训练(exercise training,ET)对快动眼睡眠剥夺(rapid eye movement sleep deprivation,REMSD)后大鼠行为学的改变,探讨运动训练对REMSD后中枢神经功能的影响。方法:大鼠无负重游泳训练8周后,用小站台水环境法剥夺大鼠快动眼睡眠24、48 h,采用旷场试验(open field test,OFT)观察大鼠精神行为的变化。结果:REMSD各组大鼠的OFT得分高于对照组(P<0.01);REMSD48 h组及ETREMSD48 h组的OFT得分高于REMSD24 h组及ETREMSD24 h组(P<0.01);ET REMSD 24 h组大鼠的OFT得分低于REMSD 24 h组(P<0.05);ET REMSD 48 h组与REMSD 48 h组比较OFT得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:REMSD后大鼠的精神行为兴奋性增高,运动训练可减轻REMSD对脑功能的影响。Objective: To observe effect of exercise training(ET) on ethology in rats after rapid eye movement sleep deprivation (REMSD) and to investigate influence of exercise training on function of central nervous system after REMSD. Methods: The flower pot technique was adopted to conduct the REMS of SD rats for 24 and 48 hours respectively after the SD rats had swim training for 8 weeks. Changes of spirit and behavior were observed before and after REMSD in SD rats by open fidd tests (OFT). Results: The OFT scores were significantly higher in experiment groups than in control group (P〈0. 01), and the OFT scores in REMSD 48 h group and ET REMSD 48 h group were higher than those in REMSD 24 h group and ET REMSD 24 h group (P 〈 0.01 ). The OFT ,scores in ET REMSD 24 h group was lower than those in REMSD 24 h group (P 〈 0.05 ), whereas the OFT scores in ET REMSD 48 h weren't significantlydifferent from those in REMSD 48 h group(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Exercise training can prevent from increase of neuronal- behavior caused by REMSD and improve function of central nervous system after REMSD.
