摘 要:目的:研究模拟失事潜艇常压条件对人血清游离脂肪酸、血糖和体质量的影响。方法:4名男性受试人员在封闭、黑暗、寒冷的试验舱体中进行为期10 d的模拟失事潜艇环境实验,每人每天供水1.5 L和1盒救生压缩干粮,实验前和第3、4、5、10天出舱的晨起测定体质量,抽取肘部静脉血,测定血糖;低温离心留取上层血清,采用一次提取比色法测定游离脂肪酸(FFA)。结果:血清FFA与试验前相比有所下降,但差异无统计学意义;出舱后体质量较试验前下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖略有上升,但与试验前相比差异无统计学意义。结论:在模拟失事潜艇常压环境条件下,FFA呈下降趋势可能与应急救生食品使用有关,受此影响体质量虽有下降但血糖保持相对稳定。Objective: To investigate the influence of disabled submarine simulation on free fatty acid (FFA) of serum, blood glucase and body weight at normal pressure. Methods: Four male volunteers were recruited to live in a disabled submarine simulator which is close, dark and algid for 10 days. They were supplied 1.5 L water and one portion of saving life dry provision everyday. The body weight was detected before the experiment and on day 3, day 4, day 5 and day 10 after exposure. At the same time, venous blood taken suction from elbow was used to detect the level of blood glucose, which was centrifuged to take the upper serum to detect the level of FFA at low temperature by'colorimetric. Results: Compared with before experiment, the level of FFA in serum decreased, but there was no significant diff'erence (P 〉0.05) ; the weight decreased obviously and there was significant difference (P〈 0.05) ; the level of blood glucose increased, but there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion. The simulated environment of disabled submarine can cause that body weight significantly decreases, that the levels of blood glucose and FFA aren't found significantly changes. In addition, the change of serum FFA was possibly related to the use of saving life dry provision.
