摘  要:分析了活性率测定方法的不足,采用微波技术对其进行改进。选取3种粉煤灰,调节微波处理功率和时间,确定改进方法的最佳微波处理参数,并与原活性率测定方法进行对比。结果表明,采用210W微波功率处理15min制样最好,所测得活性率Ka与原活性率法测得的结果相当。微波改进方法可用于粉煤灰活性率的快速评定。Analyzed the deficiency of activity ratio method and improved by microwave technology. Three fly ashes and regulated microwave power and time were chosen to ascertain the best microwave parameters of the improved method, the results of activity ratio tested by these two methods were compared. It is shown that improved method had equivalent activity ratio Ka with the activity ratio method at the best condition of regulated microwave powerof 210W and 15min. The activity ratio of fly ash can be rapidly evaluated by microwave improved method.
