摘  要:特高压换流站高端阀厅跨度大、高度高、工艺布置复杂。穗东±800 kV换流站共有高端阀厅2座,独立布置;阀厅纵向防火墙及换流变防火墙采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,采用变截面T型柱;屋架采用梯形钢屋架,腹杆与弦杆通过节点板采用高强螺栓连接;在设置有屋架竖向支撑的开间内设置柱间交叉支撑,沿阀厅纵向设置水平支撑,交叉支撑和水平支撑均按压杆设计,采用方形钢管;屋架端部几个节间节点杆件轴力较大,需要采用双排螺栓交错布置,内排螺栓中心线与节点中心线重合,此时要特别注意杆件轴力对节点偏心的不利影响,本工程中偏心弯矩产生的剪力为轴向力产生的剪力的27%,不能忽视;本工程中阀吊梁连接于屋架下弦杆下部。The valve hall of UHV converter station has large span and height, and complex arrangement. There are 2 individual valve halls in Huidong +800 kV Converter Station; reinforced concrete frame structure with variable cross-section T-colomns is used in valve hall longitudinal fire wall and transformer fire wall; trapezoid steel roof truss is used, web members and chord members are connected by high strength bolts; cross braces between columns are used in bays with vertical roof truss supports, horizontal braces are used along longitudinal direction of the hall, both braces are designed as compressed bar and are square steel tubes; since the axial forces on several nodes at the end of roof truss are quite large, two rows of staggered bolts are needed with the center lines of inner row bolts and nodes coincide with each other, note in particular that the affects of axial force on node offcenter, in this project, the shear force due to off-center bending moment is 27% of axial force induced shear, which is not negligible; the hanging beam of present project is connected to the underside of lower chord of roof truss.
