摘　　要：萧山发电厂3号联合循环汽轮机组是西门子机组,其高压和中低压转子找中心与国内同类机组有所不同。文章介绍了该机的设计特点,并详细介绍了转子找中的方法和过程,还总结出该类型机组转子找中过程中的重点及与其他常规机组的不同点。The No. 3 combined cycle unit of Xiaoshan Power Plant made by Siemens has different high pressure and medium-and-low pressure rotor alignment methods from domestic counterparts. This paper introduces design features of this unit and explains its rotor alignment method and procedure in detail. In addition, outline of rotor alignment of this unit and its differences from other types are summarized.
