摘 要:在直径为φ140mm,高为5.8m 的冷模实验装置内,采用四种颗粒,在气速为1.3~10m/s,颗粒循环速率为30~180kg/m^2·s 的操作范围内,测定了气-固并流顺重力场流动系统压力梯度的轴向分布,并且建立了描述该过程的一维两相数学模型。模型对该过程的予测结果与实验结果一致。Hydrodynamics for cocurrent downflow of gas-solid suspensions was investigated using four kinds of particles(d_p=31 to 280 μm)in a Perspex tube of 140 mm i.d.and 5.8 m long.Axial pressure gradient was measured at gas velocities ranging from 1.3 to 10m/s and solid flow rates ravaging from 30 to 180 kg/m^2·s under the ambient pressure and temperature.According to its intrinsic law,gas- solid cocurrent downflow was divided into three sections,the first,the second acceleration and con- stant velocity section.The mathematical model for gas-solid downflow was set up and the parameter C_p of the model was obtained from the experimental data.A lot of variables such as pressure drop along the bed,velocity and concentration of particles describing gas-solid downflow can be caculated from the model and C_p.The C-p formula was determined as follows: C_D/C_(DS)=(14.1/F(r))(1+2.78p_gu_g/(G_s)),(F=u_g/(gd_p)^(1/2)) In order to test the model,length of the first acceleration section,concentration and axial veloci- ty of particles were measured by pressure,optical fiber and LDV,respectively.The predicted results of the model are in good agreement with the experimental measurements.So the model could be well used to predict the hydrodynamic behavior of the gas-solid cocurrent downflow.
