摘  要:目的观察瓜蒌皮提取液(ETP)对高脂血症大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响.方法健康Wistar大鼠30只,体质量180~230g,随机分为3组:对照组(10只),模型组(10只),瓜蒌皮提取液组(ETP组,10只),建立大鼠高脂血症模型,在造模的同时ETP组1次/dETP灌胃15mL/(kg·d^-1)[相当于生药30g/(kg·d^-1)].实验结束后处死动物,测定血清NO含量、SOD活力、MDA水平.结果用药11周后,ETP组血清NO含量及SOD活力明显高于模型组(P〈0.05),有显著性差异;而MDA水平明显低于模型组,两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05).结论ETP能够升高血清NO水平和增强机体抗氧化能力,从而保护血管内皮,发挥抗动脉粥样硬化的作用.Objective To observe the effect of ETP on serum nitric oxide(NO) ,malonyldialdehyde( MDA), super oxide dismutase(SOD)of the rats with hyperlipoidemia. Methods Healthy thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,control group (10),model group(10) and ETP group(10). Three groups were given with common forage,high fat forage,high fat forage with EPT respectively. Serum levels of NO, MDA,SOD were detected. Results After 11 weeks,the activity of SOD and the level of NO in ETP group were higher than that of model group(P 〈 0.05),and the change of MDA was reversed(P 〈 0.05)in serum of rats. Conclusion ETP could resist lipid peroxidation and raise the level of serum NO so that it can protect vascular endothelium and prevent atherosclerosis.
