摘 要:目的探讨肾小球肾炎患者血液和尿中Sc5b-9的变化规律及测定影响因素.方法采用ELISA法检测血液及尿中的Sc5b-9蛋白水平.结果肾小球肾炎患者尿的pH、红细胞及白细胞不影响Sc5b-9水平,但将尿液置-70℃冷冻后可使Sc5b-9水平提高.结论肾小球肾炎患者尿中Sc5b-9来源于肾脏,其含量变化可反映肾脏的损害程度;血与尿中Sc5b-9水平无相关性.将尿液置-70℃冷冻后可影响ScSb-9水平.Objective To discuss the changing regularity of Sc5b-9 in plasma and urine of the patients with glomerulonephritis and influenced factors. Methods To inspect Sc5b-9 protein level in plasma and urine treated with ELISA. Results pH,leukocyte and erythrocyte Sc5b-9 in urine of the patients with glomerulonephritis did not influence Sc5b-9 level. However freezing urine at - 70 ~C can raise Sc5b-9 level. Conclusion The urinary Sc5b-9 of patients with glomerulonephritis is from renal. The level of urinary Sc5b-9 may contribute to the pathogenesis glomerular injury in disease. There is no correlation between plasma Sc5b-9 level and urinary Sc5b-9 level. Freezing urine at - 70℃ can influence Sc5b-9 level.
