摘 要:目的了解骨折髋支撑关节(FHSJ)治疗股骨颈骨折力学效应。方法AutoCAD导入方式建立:①正常髋关节②股骨颈骨折2钉固定和③2钉固定加FHSJ三组2D有限元模型。ANSY(SPLANE82)划分网格2维4节点单元,等同条件下分别完成计算。结果股骨头承重区应力峰值:A组,1.029Mpa;B组,1.63Mpa;C组仅有0.1~0.4Mpa。骨折固定螺丝钉应力峰值:B组,37.186Mpa;C组仅有7.474Mpa。结论在多钉固定基础上安装FHSJ,保护股骨颈和股骨头修复愈合,为年轻人股骨颈骨折治疗展现前景。Objective To understand the mechanic effects of the fracture hip supportjoint-FHSJ during treatment of the femoral neck fracture. Methods The three types of the two-dimensional (2d) finite element model were constructed by AutoCAD .The models were①the normal hip,② the femoral neck fracture was fixated with the two screwes and③ the two screw plus FHSJ. The grids of two-dimensional 4 nodal points elements were divided by ANSYS (PLANE82). At the identical condition, the calculations were completed respectively. Results The stress peak value of the femoral head weight-bearing zone respectively was: (a) group 1.029 Mpa; (b) group 1.63 Mpa; (c) group 0.1-0.4 Mpa. The stress peak value of the pinnings: (b) group was 37.186 Mpa; (c) group 7.474 Mpa. Conclusion FHSJ was fixed, base the many pinnings. It protected successful recovery of the femoral head and neck, for treatment of the sapling femoral neck fracture revealed the prospect.
