摘　　要：目的探讨可膨胀髓内钉在肱骨干骨折的临床应用及疗效。方法2005年5月～2007年10月应用可膨胀髓内钉治疗28例肱骨中段及中上段骨折,男16例,女12例,其中新鲜骨折25例,陈旧性骨折3例,其中伴骨质疏松8例。3例新鲜骨折闭合复位,余25例切开复位,均顺行进针。结果28例均获随访6～15个月,平均12月,均骨性愈合,肩关节功能根据Neer评分,优17例,良10例,差1例。结论膨胀髓内钉内固定具有固定可靠,创伤小,并发症少等优点,是治疗肱骨干骨折理想的方法。Objective To explore the clinical application and results of expandable intra-loeking nail in treating humeral shaft fracture. Methods From May 2005 to October 2007,28 patients of humeral shaft fracture were treated by expandable intra-medullary nail system. There were 16 males and 12 females. All of the eases were closed fracture, 25 cases were flesh fractures, 3 cases were dated, 8 cases were osteoporotie. 3 cases with closed reduction and 25 cases with open reduction. Result The follow-up time is 6 - 15months with an average of 12 months. According to the criteria of Neers score, there were 17 cases assessed as being excellent,10 cases as good and 1 case as fail. Conclusion Treatment of he humeral shaft fracture with expandable intra-medullary nail system has the advantages such as solid internal fixation,less invasion and less complication,which is an ideal methods.
