摘 要:在喷射吸收器内用纯碱液吸收 NO_x 气体,从理论上和实验上研究了碱液浓度、NOx 浓度和组成、反应温度、液气比和气速等对吸收度的影响。结果表明,在碱度为40—60g/L,反应温度为40—50℃,液气比10—12L/Nm^3,NO_x 浓度在3%左右和 NO_x 氧化度在50%左右时可得到最佳的NO_x 吸收度。与同样条件下的填料塔相比较,可节省1—2只吸收器和数个氧化塔;NaNO_2的产量可提高20—30%,能耗降低10—30%。In this paper a method of preparating nitrates from mixed gases of NO and NO_2 by using aque- ous solutions of soda in a jet absorber was proposed.The effects of concentrations of the soda solu- tions and NOx,operating temperatures,ratios of liquid to gas rates and gas velocities on absorbabil- ities of NOx were experimentally investigated.The results showed that there exist a maximal ab- sorbability of NOx under the following conditions: Temperature 40-50℃;ratio of liquid to gas rate at 10-12 L/Nm;concentration and oxi- dizability of NO_x about 3% and 5%.As compared with packed column system of the absorption usually used,under similar operating conditions,we found that by using the proposed method,it is possible to save 1-2 absorbers and several oxidizers.Besides,the output of the nitrate can be in- crease by 20-30% and the expense of energy can be decreased by 20-30%.
