摘　　要：用国产氯丁烷置备的催化剂进行了预聚合试验,同时也进行了试生产。结果表明,用国产氯丁烷生产的催化剂替代进口氯丁烷生产的聚合物性能完全符合BP公司的要求。实现了LLDPE装置生产催化剂主要原料之一的氯丁烷的国产化,达到了降低生产成本。提高经济效益的目的。Prepolymerization test was carried using the catalyst preparated by home butylchloride.The results showed that the properties of polymer made by the catalyst which preparated using home butylchloride instead of import butylchloride could meet the demand of BP company.Butylchloride was the key stock of preparating catalyst using in linear low density polyethylene （LLDPE） unit,and homemading of it was realized.The production cost was reduced, and the economy benefit was increased at the same time.
