利用现有修井设备改制修井机

摘　　要：在分析了国内各油田现有两类修井设备的优点和不足之后，根据目前油田的道路和井场条件，提出了利用现有修井设备改制修井机的方案，并已付诸实施。改制的修井机将通井机。立放运井架车、平板拖车等设备的功能集于一体，不仅充分发挥了油田现有设备的综合效能，且各项性能指标完全满足修井工艺要求。累计1200多小时的使用情况表明，改造机运转良好。用户反映改制的修井机操作简单，维修方便，且作业效率是通井机的2－3倍，价格是修井机的1／3－1／2，投产3－4个月即可收回投资。After an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing two kinds of well selvice equipment, thescheme for producing workover rigs by modifying these equipment is put forward, and it is put into effect. The workoverrig pnduced has the functions of tractor hoist, portable mast and flat plate truck, and its performance can satisfy the demand of well servicing. Application shows that the wnrkover rig has kept mnning well for 1200 hours with high workingefficiency and it has the advantages of simple operation, convenient maintenance and low cost.
