摘  要:采用羟基丙烯酸树脂和高固含量、高羟值的合成脂肪酸醇酸树脂制备双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯光油,研究了树脂、助剂和溶剂等因素及光油与固化剂配比对光油性能的影响。结果表明,当羟基丙烯酸树脂和合成脂肪酸醇酸树脂比例为74∶16,金属锡催干剂加入量为0.05%,采用丙烯酸类流平剂和非硅的树脂类消泡剂,选择恰当溶剂,光油与固化剂配比为4∶1时,光油的综合性能优良。The title 2K acrylic polyurethane varnish was prepared by use of hydroxyl acrylic resin and high solid synthetic fatty acid alkyd resin with rich hydroxyl group. The effect of resins, additives, solvents and varnish/crosslinker ration on the properties of varnish was studied. The optimal ratio of varnish and curing agent was also discussed. The results showed that when using hydroxy acrylic resin and synthetic fatty acid alkyd resin at 74: 16, tin drier 0.05% , acrylic leveling agents and non - silicone defoamers, appropriate solvents, varnish and curing agent ratio 4:1 , the varnish provided excellent comprehensive performance.
