摘  要:针对燃煤火力发电厂锅炉管道的磨损问题,采用改性无机溶胶为粘结剂,高硬度无机颗粒材料为骨料,无机纤维作为增强材料,辅以其他多种陶瓷材料作为填料,研制了一种常温下涂刷、固化,并可以在700℃以下温度中长期稳定使用的环保型金属基陶瓷高温耐磨涂料。实验对涂料的主要性能进行了测试,并对涂料中各因素对涂层性能的影响进行了研究和机理分析。In order to resolve the wearing problem of boiler tubes in thermel power plant, inorganic sol was used as adhesive, high hardness particle materials as aggregates, inorganic fiber as reinforcing materials and various ceramic materials as fillers. A kind of environmental friendly metal - based ceramic wear resist- ant coatings was developed, which can be cured at room temperature and used for long time under 700 ℃. The main performances of coatings were tested. Factors influencing the performance of coatings were analysed and investigated.
