摘 要:在光电编码器中需采用电位器将电流信号转变为电压信号,并调节信号幅值以适应后续电路的应用处理。文中提出用鼠标控制数字电位器代替传统的手动调节机械电位器,实现了数字化的信号调节。此方法避免了以往信号调节必须拆装电路板的弊端;同时,由鼠标控制阻值变化使得信号的观察与检测极为简单直观,大大缩减了检测所需的工作时间,提高了工作效率。Potentiometers were used to convert current to voltage signal and adjust signal amplitude in optical encoder. A new method to adjust signal level was presented, which was replaced manually adjusting mechanical potentiometers with digital potentiometers controlled by PS/2 mouse. There were multiple channel signals to be conducted in encoder circuit and each channel had a corresponding potentiometer. PS/2 mouse was used to response for dealing with potentiometers. The new method made the process of the signal's observation and detection easily and there's no need to detach the circuit board when the signal has to be regulated. It reduced the testing time greatly and improved the work efficiency.
