摘 要:分析了国内高精度同步系统的研制现状,提出了基于数据发生器的高精度同步系统的研制,并详细介绍了产生μs级、ns级同步触发信号的设计方案:数据发生器工作在重复频率状态,输出信号的单次和重复频率状态切换通过一套专用的外围选单电路来实现,同时要求外围选单电路不能降低ns级同步触发信号的时间抖动精度。通过实验验证,最终在触发现场获得了理想的μs级、ns级同步触发信号,ns级同步触发信号的时间抖动小于500ps。该方案对我国新一代高功率固体激光驱动器以及其它需要高精度同步的仪器或者设备的设计具有一定参考价值。It analyzed the status quo of the high precision synchronization system. Based on programmable data generator puts forward the design of the high precision synchronization system. And produce detailed μs level, ns-level sync signal to trigger the design of the program. The programmable data single select special circuit realizes the switch of frequency of generator works on repetition status. And the peripheral single and repetition. And the special circuit must hold the precision of ns synchronization signal. At last, through testing, acquired ideal synchronization signal on the spot. And the peak to peak jitter of ns synchronization signal is less than 500 picosecond. This technology has an extensive expansion foreground. For the related technology offers a new technique route to resolve the problem of the timing jitter.
