射孔枪用高强高韧无缝钢管开发

摘　　要：石油天然气开采经常需要进行射孔作业,射孔枪管性能及其制造精度的高低对射孔作业质量至关重要。总结了高强度高韧性射孔枪管的开发情况和效果。结果表明,通过改善铸造工艺过程参数,经过后续调质热处理生产后,新开发的射孔枪管达到了155KSI强度级别的同时,具备优异的冲击韧性,韧脆转变温度低于-20℃。The perforation operation is usually carried out in oil and gas exploitation,and the properties and manufacturing precision of perforating gun is very important to perforation operation quality. The paper summarizes the development condition and effect of the pipe with high strength and toughness for perforating gun. The results show that the newly developed perforating gun pipe reaches 155 KSI strength class and possesses excellent impact toughness by means of improving casting process parameters and adopting subsequent quenching and tempering heat treatment. The ductile-brittle transition temperature is lower than -20℃.
