摘　　要：简述了梯形缝筛管的防砂作用。但其孔缝切割难度高,几何尺寸和形状加工精度要求高。采用激光和合理选用装卡系统可高质量地加工筛管梯形缝,满足使用要求。通过对激光、机械加工的筛管及绕丝筛管的比较,采用激光加工筛管孔缝比较经济。The paper briefly explains the sand control function of the slotted pipe with trapezoid slit,the slit cutting difficulties and the restrict requirement on the machining precision of dimension and shape. The trapezoid slit of the slotted pipe can be machined perfectly and meet the application requirement with laser and by reasonably selecting the fixing and clamping system. Compared with machined screen pipe and wire warped screen pipe,the laser processed slotted pipe is the most economic.
