摘  要:溶胶-凝胶技术用来制备中孔γ-Al2O3陶瓷膜,并考察了浇铸条件对膜完整性的影响。溶胶浓度大于1.5mol/L后,溶胶浓度的增加使溶胶粘度增大;溶胶中的有机添加剂会改变溶胶的粘度,随着溶胶中添加剂含量的增加,溶胶的粘度增大。由此研究了三种配方的浆料对膜完整性的影响,其中溶胶浓度与有机添加剂的含量成反比。用溶胶浓度0.5~0.8mol/L,添加剂的质量分数为3%~4.5%的浆料可制得无裂缺的γ-Al2O3陶瓷膜。多次烧铸可改善陶瓷膜的完整性。olgel technique has been explored to prepare the γAl2O3 membranes,and the effect of the slip composition including the concentration of boehmite sol and the organic additive content on the membrane integrity was investigated systematically.The viscosity of boehmite sol increased with increasing concentration of boehmite sol,and it should be noted that the viscosity markedly increased as the sol concentration became larger than 1.5 mol/L.The binder PVA72000 and plasticizer PEG400 enhanced the viscosity of boehmite sol.Based on the above results,three types of the castingsols were used to produce the γAl2O3 membranes.However,the defectfree γAl2O3 membrane can be obtained only using the castingsol with 0.5~0.8mol/L boehmite sol and 3.0%~4.5% additives.Furthermore,the membrane defects can be repaired by multicasting,i.e.repeating the castingdryingcalcination procedure.
