摘　　要：可溶性环氧化合物水解酶(soluble epoxide hydrolase,sEH)是哺乳动物体内广泛存在的一种酶。sEH通过水解环氧二十碳三烯酸(epoxyeicosatrienoic acids,EETs)发挥作用。近来研究发现sEH与高血压、终末器官损伤、心肌肥厚及缺血/再灌注损伤关系密切,极有可能成为一种预防和治疗心血管疾病的新靶点。Soluble epoxide hydrolase （sEH）which is widely distributed in mammalian tissues, hydrates epoxyeicosatrienoic acid （EETs） into their corresponding less effective substances. Since sEH is closely related to hypertension, end-organ damage, cardiac hypertrophy and ischemia/reperfusion injury, that it appears to be a promising target for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
