摘 要:在液相强碱性条件下 ,详细考察了多种过渡金属盐类催化对甲酚合成对羟基苯甲醛的反应活性。找出以Co(OAc) 2 · 4 H2 O为主催化剂 ,Cu(OAc) 2 · H2 O为助催化剂 ,甲醇为溶剂 ,在碱性条件下具有高活性的催化体系。详细探讨了催化剂、氢氧化钠、甲醇、助催化剂的用量以及反应时间和反应温度对活性的影响。Different salts of transition metals were used to catalyze the oxidation of pcresol to produce 4hydroxybenzaldehyde in an alkaline liquid phase with methanol as solvent, it was found that the catalytic system composed of Co(OAc) 2·4H 2O as nain catalust and Cu(OAc) 2·H 2O as promotor has the highest activity. Meanwhile, the influences of different experimental factors e.g nilar ratio of Co/Cu, silvent/pcresil, reaction tenperature, alkalinity etc on catalytic activity of Co(OAc) 2·4H 2O/Cu(OAc) 2·H 2O were investigated and optimum reaction conditions were established to obtain the currentry highest conversion and best selectivity.
