摘　　要：沿着SCP理论发展的历程,综述国内现有的关于物流业产业组织的研究。对国内物流业市场分析中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了建议。Through the research on the developmental course of SCP theory, this paper makes a review on the existing study for industrial organization theory of logistics industry in China.
