摘 要:为提高电网雷电防护措施的针对性和有效性,提出了电网雷害分布图的确定方法,即依据电网绝缘强度和雷电活动频度提出危险雷电分布,在此基础上综合运行经验和地形地质地貌因素形成绕击电网雷害分布图、反击电网雷害分布图。给出了基于电网雷害分布图的防雷配置原则和方法,即依据不同电压等级、不同雷害性质、不同雷害等级进行针对性的雷电防护措施配置。依据此法,以华北电网雷电自动监测数据为基础绘制出了华北电网2003~2006年4级雷害分布图,结合提出的防雷配置原则将其应用于工程中,取得了良好的效果。To improve the pertinence and effectiveness of lightning protection measures for power grids, a determination method of power grid lightning hazard map is proposed. According to insulation strength and frequency of lightning activity, dangerous currents distribution is proposed, and other influential factors such as terrain, geology, landform, operation experiences and are integrated. Accordingly, a shielding-failure lightning hazard map of power grid and back striking lightning hazard map of power grid are formed. The lightning protection principle based on power grid lightning hazard map is put forward too. Therefore, different lightning protection measures according to different voltage levels, different lightning hazard characters, different lightning hazard ranks are designed and configured to improve the pertinence and effectiveness. Based on automatic detection lightning data from north China lightning location system, four-rank lightning hazard map of north China power grid in 2003-2006 years is plotted using the method. Combined with the proposed lightning protection principle, the lightning protection measures for server 500 kV and 220 kV transmission lines are rebuilt to get good effects.
