摘  要:能源模块是神光Ⅲ激光装置最重要的单元模块之一,其可靠性水平直接关系到神光Ⅲ激光装置的可靠性、稳定性、能量转换效率以及装置的造价。为了评估能源模块的可靠性,提出了根据模块试验运行过程特点的两阶段评估法。第1阶段的失效数据较多,采用传统的Weibull寿命数据方法评估;第2阶段失效数据较少,采用一种综合利用第1阶段可靠性评估结果的Bayes评估方法。给出了第1阶段的可靠度函数和首发打靶可靠度,第2阶段可靠度的计算方法以及首发可靠度。结果表明能源模块的可靠性增长呈阶段增长方式,在每一阶段中可靠性水平保持不变。The energy module is one of the most important modules of the SG-Ⅲ laser driver. The reliability of the energy module is closely related to the reliability, stability, energy conversion efficiency and the total cost of the SG-Ⅲ laser driver. In order to investigate the reliability, this paper proposes to divide the development process into two periods. The traditional Weibull lifetime distribution method is used for the reliability assessment of the first period as lots of failures are observed. A Bayes assessment method is proposed for the second period in which few failures occurred. The proposed method regards the reliability of the first period as prior information. The reliability func- tion and the first-shot reliability of the first period are provided. The procedure to calculate the reliability as well as the first-shot reliability of the second period is presented. Research results show that the reliability of the energy module grows in stepwise way and in each stage the reliability remains stable.
