摘 要:随着电网容量的扩大,我国电力系统短路电流水平不断增加,需要在系统中安装一种有效的故障限流器——超导故障限流器(SFCL),以改善随着电力系统规模不断扩大而导致短路电流水平不断增大的严峻情况,提高供电的可靠性和系统的安全性与稳定性,而电力系统中装设的许多复杂的自动重合闸和继电保护装置的正常工作会被引入的SFCL阻抗变化特性影响。为此在概述了SFCL的原理和分类后定量分析了电力系统中不同位置安装的SFCL对系统自动重合闸和继电保护装置的影响,最后给出了不同SFCL合理的安装位置和SFCL安装后继电保护装置新的整定方法。With the expansion of power grid capacity,short-circuit current level of China's electric power system has continuously increased. In order to improve the critical situation that power system short-circuit current level growing with the scale of the power system constantly expanding, an effective fault current limiter-superconducting fault current limiter (called SFCL for short ) is required to install for the system to induce the short circuit current level. It can improve the reliability of electricity supply and the security and stability of power system that introduces SFCL reasonably in power system. Because there have been installed a lot of complicated auto-reclosing relays and system protections in power system, the normal work of these devices will be affected by the variational impedance characteristics of SFCL introduced in the power system. This paper outlines the principles and classification of SFCL,analyzes the influence of SFCL on auto-reclosing relay and system protection in power system installed in different locations, and gives the reasonable location of different SFCL and the new tuning method of relay after the installation of SFCL.
