摘  要:目的建立无损伤同步记录心内外膜心肌MAP技术,比较内外膜MAP差异,更有效的探讨心律失常机制。方法15只家兔,在心肌缺血背景下致心律失常前后分别记录内外膜MAP各项观察指标,作对照比较。结果在心律失常前后,内外膜振幅APD90比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);但心律失常前后内外膜间比较,APD50差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且外膜APD50在心律失常前后自身比较,统计学有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论成功建立同步记录无损伤心内外膜心肌MAP模型,为探讨心律失常机制建立良好实验平台。Objective To establish a technology to record the endo-epicardium cardiac muscle MAP without damage synchronously and compare the difference between endo-epicardium MAP, to discuss arrhythmogenic mechanism effectively. Methods Recording the observation indicaters of 15 rabbits'endo-epieardium MAP, around arrhythmia cause by myocardium ischemia, and compare them. Results The difference of the endo-epicardium oscillation amplitude APD90 does not have statistics significance, around the arrhythmia(P 〉 0.05); But the APD50 difference has statistics significance(P 〈 0.05 ), the own comparison of epicardium APD50 around arrhythmia has statistics significance(P 〈 0.05 ). Conelusion Establishing synchronously recording non-damage endo-epicardium cardiac muscle MAP model successfully can find a good experiment platform to discuss arrhythmogenic mechanism.
