摘　　要：正确的战略选择是银行国际化发展的重要前提。本文总结了银行国际化的四大战略选择:稳定型战略、增长型战略、紧缩型战略和混合型战略,分析了这些战略的主要特征、优势劣势和实施条件,提出了银行国际化五种行为路径的演变轨迹和主要特征。通过考察数家国际银行近20年间银行国际化历程,发现所归纳的路径类型的确存在。Pruper strategy choice is an important precondition of bank internationalization. This paper sums up four strategy choices including stability strategy, growth strategy, retrenchment strategy and mixing strategy, analyzes their main characteristics, pros and cons and application eonditions. Meanwhile, it also introduces five types of behavior paths of bank internationalization, and explores their path tracks and main characteristics, The existence of those paths are proved by the internationalization courses of several global banks during past 20 years.
