摘　　要：本文对电子病历系统在医院系统整合与业务流程再造过程中几个关键的问题进行详细地分析与讨论,重点讲述电子病历系统与医院管理系统(HIS)在患者主索引、用户登录、数据集成以及临床医生工作站的处方系统这四个关键问题,实现电子病历系统与传统收费系统互补、稳定运行。In this paper, electronic medical record system in the hospital system integration and business process reengineering in the course of several key issues detailed analysis and discussion focus on the four key issues like electronic medical records system and HIS system in the main index of patients, users log in, data integration and clinicians workstations prescription system, the realization of electronic medical records system with the traditional system complement each other, and stable operation.
