MSI服务规程用于避孕节育手术抗焦虑水平效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析玛丽斯特普(MSI)服务规程用于避孕节育手术抗焦虑水平的效果。方法:选择300例行不同避孕节育手术方式的受术者,随机分为观察组[A组,分为人工流产术组(A1组)、宫内节育器放置组(A2组)、宫内节育器嵌顿取出术组(A3组),每组50例]和对照组[B组,分为人工流产术组(B1组)、宫内节育器放置组(B2组)、宫内节育器嵌顿取出术组(B3组),每组50例],分别于手术前1h、术后1￣3h采用焦虑自评表(SAS),测评并比较两组手术前后的焦虑水平。结果:观察组术后焦虑水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSI服务规程用于避孕节育手术可有效降低受术者的焦虑水平。Objective： To investigate the anti-anxiety effect of Marie Depp （MSI） service order in contraceptive birth control surgery. Methods： 300 women who were operated on different contraceptive birth control surgery were selected as the objects, then they were divided into two groups （group A, further divided into three groups： A1, induced abortion; A2, bearing intrauterine contraceptive device; A3, removal surgery for incarceration of IUD, with 50 cases in each group） and the control group （group B, further divided into three groups： B1, induced abortion; B2, bearing intrauterine contraceptive device; B3, removal surgery for incarceration of IUD, with 50 cases in each group）, and then the anxiety self-assessment form （SAS） was employed to evaluate the anxiety level 1 h and 1-3 h before and after the operation. Results： The anxiety level of group B was significantly lower than that of control group after the operation （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： MSI service order applied in contraception birth control surgery can effectively decrease the anxiety level.
