摘　　要：介绍钛酸锌(ZnO-TiO2)体系几种晶相,探讨了近年来合成钛酸锌粉体的各种方法,尤其对化学液相共沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法合成钛酸锌粉体作了较详细的阐述,并指出可能合成钛酸锌的其他方法。Several phases in the zinc titanate （Zn0-Ti02） system were introduced, and the recent development on the preparation methods of zinc titanate were discussed. In particular, the co-precipitation of chemical solution and sol - gel synthesis of zinc titanate powder was discussed more detailed..Other methods of preparation of zinc titanate powders were proposed.
