摘  要:针对电力系统大量故障录波数据的传输问题,提出了一种数据压缩的新方法。首先利用GHM多小波变换将故障数据分解为高频系数和低频系数,对于高频系数用嵌入式多小波零树编码和游程编码相结合的算法进行压缩,而对于包含原始信号大部分能量的低频系数则采用Huffman无损压缩方法。实验结果表明,该算法压缩比可以在1.3513%~24.0231%间实现自由变换,赋范均方误差为0.3534%时,压缩比为11.1693%,压缩效果好,具有较高的实用价值。For power system mass fault recording data transmission, a new method of data compression is proposed. Firstly, GHM multi-wavelet transform is employed to decompose the fault data into high-frequency coefficients and low-frequency coefficients. The algorithm combines embedded zero-tree multi-wavelet coding and running length coding is used for the high-frequency coefficients and Huffman lossless compression is employed for the low- frequency coefficients, which include the major energy of the original signal. The experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm can realize variable compression rate 1.3513%~24.0231%, and when normed mean square error is 0.3534%, the data compression ratio can be 11.1693%. So the algorithm can obtain high compression performance, and it is of great practical value.
