摘  要:选择性催化还原剂(SCR)脱硝反应器入口段导流板的作用是使烟气流速均匀,尽可能地分配合理通过催化剂的烟气流量。对此,以某电厂300MW机组SCR脱硝反应器中导流板为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件,通过对不同结构导流板下反应器内流场的数值模拟,以及多种方案的对比分析,得出最优的导流板结构及反应器内流场分布。The effects of baffle plates installed in entrance of selective catalystic reduction (SCR)denitrification reactor are:making the velocity of flue gas to be uniform,and making the flow rate distribution of flue gas through the catalysts to be reasonable as possible. For this,taking baffle plates installed in SCR denitrification reactor of 300 MW unit in one power plant as object of study,and adopting FLUENT software,the optimal structure of baffle plates and optimal distribution of flow field have been obtained through numerical simulation of flow field resulted from baffle plate of different structure, as well as comparison and analysis of many operation conditions.
