双进双出钢球磨煤机堵煤原因分析及解决措施

摘　　要：双进双出钢球磨煤机在运行中存在堵煤现象,主要因料位控制系统故障所致。对此,在运行中应对料位控制系统进行检查,消除传压管路堵塞、漏气和测量喷嘴、控制回路等缺陷,保证料位控制系统正常,进而防止磨煤机堵煤。The cause leading to coal plugging phenomenon in operation of ball mill with double inlet and double outlet is due to the faulty occurred in the medium- level controlling system. It is recommented to strengthen inspection and repair of the said system, eliminating blockage and air leakage in pressure- transfering pipeline, as well as defects of measuring nozzle and control circuit, thus to thoroughly eliminate coal - plugging phenomenon in the ball mill.
