血脂对老年糖尿病患者并发脑梗死的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血脂水平对老年糖尿病并发脑梗死的影响。方法:以我院保健所收治的老年糖尿病并发脑梗死35例(脑梗死组)及老年糖尿病无脑梗死35例(非脑梗死组)为研究对象,分析老年糖尿病患者血脂水平与脑梗死发生的关系。结果:总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]、载脂蛋白A1[ApoA1]、载脂蛋白B[ApoB]各项在两组之间比较均有显著差异。结论:在老年糖尿病患者中血脂升高尤其是LDL和LP(a)升高易发生脑梗死。积极控制老年糖尿病患者的血脂水平对脑梗死有积极预防作用。Objective：To explore the inpact of the controlled blood lipid level on the elderly diabetes complicated with cerebral infaretion. Methods：To analyze the rebtionship between the blood lipid level of elderly diabetes and the occurrence of cerebral infaretion in thirty five cases of senile diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infaretion treated in the health institute our hospital （Cerebral Infaretion group） and thirty five cases of senile diabetes mellitus complicated without cerebral infaretion （non Cerebral Infaretion group）. Results： There are significant difference between the two groups as the items of Total Cholesteral （TC）, Triglyceride（TG） High Density Lipoprotein（HI）L）, Low Density Lipoprotein（ LDL）, Lipoprotein（a） [ LP （a） ] ApoproteinA1 and ApoproteinB. Conclusion： The inereasing of blood lipid especially LDL and LP（a） may cause cerebral infaretion. The active contral of the blood lipid level of the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus have positive prevention form cerebral infaretion.
