利用SSR技术分析混栽净栽水稻田间稻瘟病菌的遗传多样性  被引量:6

摘  要:通过对2006年四川部分地区杂糯间栽与净栽田间稻瘟病菌种群结构的SSR(微卫星DNA标记)分析,结果表明:在0.76的相似水平,来自间栽田间的45个菌株被划分为7个遗传宗谱(第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ和Ⅹ),其优势宗谱为第Ⅷ宗谱,所占比例为40.00%。来自净栽田间的45个稻瘟病菌株同样也被划分为7个遗传宗谱(第Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ和Ⅹ),其优势宗谱也为第Ⅷ宗谱,所占比例为71.11%。表明尽管稻瘟病菌优势宗谱在间栽田和净栽田中没有变化,但其田间遗传组成比例发生了明显的变化。Ninety isolates of rice blast fungus collected from monoculture and mixture fields in Sichuan were analyzed for DNA polymorphism using SSR( simple sequence repeat) markers. The results showed that 45 isolates from mixture field were classified into 7 genetic lineages ( from Ⅰ to Ⅹ cuffing off at 0.76 similar linkage distance level, of which Ⅷ was the major group (40.00 % of all). And 45 isolates from monoculture field were also classified into 7 genetic lineages (from Ⅰ to Ⅹ) cuffing off at 0.76 similar linkage distance level, of which Ⅷ was the major group (71.11% of all). It demonstrated that there was not obviously different about the major group, however, the difference about the percentage of the major group was significant.
