摘  要:应用ISSR技术对晚熟甜橙伏令夏橙的大果无核枝、"安顺一号"等5个材料进行了鉴定。从100个引物中筛选出18个引物,共扩增出113条带,其中多态性条带数为15条,多态位点百分率为13.3%。结果表明:812、834、841引物对参试材料有明显扩增带差异,伏令夏橙大果无核枝与对照枝及伏令夏橙、"安顺一号"与伏令夏橙及锦橙在DNA分子水平上存在明显的遗传差异,晚熟甜橙大果无核枝为伏令夏橙一稳定芽变。ISSR技术能有效地鉴定晚熟甜橙芽变。DNA polymorphism of C. sinensis ev. were determined by inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) molecular markers. 113 bands were amplified with 18 of 100 primers , among which 15 were polymorphic between mutants and parental cultivars, and the polymorphism ratio was 13.3%. These results showed that there were genetic diversity with primer 812,834 and 841 between seedless big fruit branch and the contrast branch , among ' Anshun No. 1 ' and Valencia and ' Jincheng' orange. Combining the results of morphological and molecular analysis, it was certified that the branch of C. sinensis cv. and ' Anshun No. 1 ' occurred genetic variation.
