摘 要:水稻育种从矮化育种到杂交优势的研究利用,技术创新使水稻育种水平有了质和量的飞跃。针对当前消费者对稻米品质需求,品质育种成为水稻育种者必须考虑的问题。简要归纳了光温敏核不育系的选育方法及历程,并结合云南丰富的稻种资源和得天独厚的地理生态优势,运用光温互换+生态压力淘汰法选育优质软米核不育系的技术路线,对云南选育软米核不育系成效进行总结,并对有效选育优质软米核不育系的技术基础及软米杂种优势的利用进行论述。Rice breeding level had made a great leap in quality and quantity for dwarf plant type breeding,heterosis utilization and technology innovation. In view of this,quality breeding in rice has been taken into account by rice breeders. In this article,the breeding method and history of PTGMS line has been briefly concluded, summarized the breeding achievement of soft rice PTGMS line in Yunnan by combining Yunnan abundant rice resource and particularly favourable natural conditions, the technical line of alternating photo and thermo condition to select and breeding under variety ecological conditions, and discussed the heterosis using of soft rice and the technical base of effective selecting quality PTGMS line of soft rice.
