养老基金的财政合理投入优化模型构建

摘　　要：为解决我国老龄化加剧可能引起的养老问题,进行财政合理投入是增加养老基金收入的有效方式,并会影响社会福利的长期发展状况。在建立养老基金收支机制模型的基础上,进一步评估财政投入对经济发展的影响,在确立相关原则后构建合理投入的优化模型,对上海市的情况进行试算,并提出了有益的政策建议。In order to solve the problem for the aged in the future, reasonable fiscal investment is an effective way to increase the pension fund, and this way will affect the social welfare in the long term. After analyzing the influence of fiscal budget investment on economic development, an optimized model on reasonable fiscal budget investment was founded by establishing the related principles. Based on the data of Shanghai, some sug- gestions were put forward about the policy-making.
