摘　　要：论述了笔者对公安信息化的认识,以及对突发社会安全事件处置、公安资源配置管理与公安信息系统建设的体会,阐述了现代化的公安部门必须建立现代化的信息系统,才能快速解决社会安全问题,从而显著提高公安队伍的工作效率及战斗力。This paper indicates the authors＇awareness of the Public Security Informationization, and the disposal to unexpected social security incidents,the experience of the establishment of the public security information system and the configuration management of the public security resources. Then it explains that the modern public security system must establish an improved information system in order to respond to the social security issues, which can significantly promote the working efficiency and strength of the police.
