摘　　要：根据高新技术项目的特点,在分析国内外风险投资项目评价理论与实践的基础上,设计了一种高新技术项目投资风险评价指标体系。论述了层次分析法应用于项目投资风险评价的基本过程。采用模糊数学工具对高新技术项目进行综合评价,并给出了一个运算实证,可为高新技术领域投资决策提供参考。Based on the character of high-new-tech projects, and the analysis of project evaluation theory and practice of domestic and foreign venture capital, a synthesis judgment system of investment venture in hightech projects was designed; the application of AHP in investment venture and evaluation was discussed. By using the tool of fuzzy mathematics and demonstration operation, the synthesis judgment was carried out,and the model can be instructive in investment decision of high-new-tech projects.
