病案管理引入ISO9001质量管理模式效果分析

摘　　要：为使医院的医疗服务质量达到与国际接轨的水平,我院于2003年在医院管理中引入ISO9000族标准。给病案管理工作注入了新的管理理念,实现了病案管理的科学、规范、优质、高效。To make the quality of the hospital＇ s medical service approach to the international level, the Hospital Affiliated to North China Coal Medical University pulled the ISO9001 race standard into hospital management in 2003. We scientifically pulled the model of ISO9000 race management into medical record, which is one of the important role in hospital management. This act has injected the new management idea into the medical record practitioners and also make them realize the science, specification, excellent quality and highly effect.
