摘　　要：目的分析死亡病例,死亡原因填写质量状况,提高死因信息质量。资料与方法对我院2004年～2007年度全部住院死亡病例,死亡原因填写情况进行质量分析。结果894例中死亡原因填写存在缺陷的137例,占15.32%。结论根本死因应填写直接导致死亡的一系列病态事件中最早的那个疾病或损伤,或造成致命损伤的那个事故或暴力情况。死亡原因填写应准确规范,才能提高死因信息质量。Objective Analyzing the accuracy in filling in tables of the causes of death for dead cases so as to enhances the information quality of the causes of death. Resource ＆ Methods Conducting the quality analysis of tiling in the tables of the causes of death in our hospital from 2004 to 2007. Results 137 cases out ora total of 894 cases, or a 15.32%, were of defects. Conclusion The underlying cause of death should be filled with the disease or injury occurred earliest among a series of morbid syndrome which cause death directly; or the accident or violent situation which resulted in fatal injuries. Only accurate and normative descriptions of causes of death would enhance the information quality of cause of death.
