摘 要:选用陕西关中3种不同类型的小麦品种为材料,采用人工加速老化处理法,对不同类型小麦种子活力差异的生理生化特性及其对老化处理的响应进行了研究。结果表明,与标准条件下的活力测定相比,人工加速老化法更能反映不同类型小麦种子间活力的遗传差异。杂交种西杂1号和农家种蚂蚱麦老化处理种子的发芽势、活力指数、脱氢酶和淀粉酶活性等的降低幅度显著小于常规育成品种小偃22,且西杂1号老化种子浸出液电导率和MDA含量的增长幅度显著小于小偃22。Seed vigour and physiology changes of hybrid variety, landrace and mordern improved variety of wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. ) were determined before and after the artificially accelerated ageing testing. The results indicated that seed vigour decreased in the following order: Xiza number 1 (hybrid variety) 〈 Mazh- amai (landrace) 〈 Xiaoyan 22 ( mordern improved variety). The germination quality of seeds ( germination percent,germination potential, germination index and activity index) and physiology changes (dehydrogenase activity, amylase activity and MDA content)decreased with artificially accelerated ageing testing, but electrical conductivity was increased. The germination potential, activity index, activities of dehydrogenase and amylase were good parameters for detecting vigour artificially aged seed lots.
