化瘀散结颗粒的制备与临床应用

摘　　要：目的制备化瘀散结颗粒,观察其治疗卵巢囊肿等妇科常见病的临床效果。方法采用煎煮、收集、浓缩、制粒等一系列方法制成化瘀散结颗粒,用于治疗卵巢囊肿、陈旧性宫外孕、盆腔积液等病症,设治疗组、对照组进行疗效观察。结果治疗组观察卵巢囊肿35例、陈旧性宫外孕40例、盆腔积液120例、有效率分别为100%、67.5%、93.3%;对照组观察卵巢囊肿35例、陈旧性宫外孕27例、盆腔积液80例,有效率分别为80%、18.5%、55%。结论该制剂工艺简便,质量稳定,治疗卵巢囊肿等病症疗效确切,未见明显不良反应,治疗组与对照组的疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。OBJECTIVE Huayusanjie Granules were prepared with traditional Chinese medicine way, and the clinic effect on frequent gynecopathy such as ovarian cyst was observed. METHODS Huayusanjie Granules were manufactured by decocting, collecting,concentrating and granulating,the effect of Huayusanjie of treated group and control one （routine therapy except surgery） on ovarian cyst,obsolete ectopic pregnancy,ascites was statistically analyzed. RESULTS The therapeutic effect of Huayusanjie Granules on frequent gynecopathy was better than that of routine therapy. The effective rates were 100% ,67.5% and.93.3% ,respectively,in 35 cases of ovarian cyst, 40 cases of obsolete ectopic pregnancy and 120 cases of aseites in treatment group; whereas, those were correspondingly 80% , 18.5% and 55% ,in 35 cases of ovarian cyst,27 cases of obsolete ectopic pregnancy and 80 cases of ascites in control one. CONCLUSION Huayusanjie Granule,with simple-prepared technology and stable performance, is an effective drug for curing frequent gynecopathy. No harmful reaction is found. Significant difference exists between treatment group and control one.
