摘　　要：中国图书馆学会《图书馆服务宣言》起草工作经过了16个月的讨论,是一部集中中国图书馆人集体智慧的文件《。图书馆服务宣言》主要体现来自于国际组织文件、我国政府文件与我国图书馆宣言类文件的现代图书馆理念。虽然界内对一些重要理念仍存在分歧,但图书馆理论与事业的进步使中国图书馆人有自信宣示图书馆服务的行业承诺。Library Society of China＇s Library Services Manifesto embodies the collective wisdom of Chinese librarianship. Its drafting has undergone 16 months of discussion. The Manifesto mainly reflects the ideas of modern library, which are from the documentation of international organizations, Chinese government and Chinese librarianship. Library Society of China can confidently promise the library services to the public for the progress of librarianship, although there is still divergence in some important ideas.
