摘　　要：《图书馆服务宣言》的提出对我国图书馆事业建设具有积极的意义和影响。然而,如何把理论内容应用到实践中去,尤其是中小型图书馆、偏远地区图书馆能否实践承诺的服务内容还存在问题。对此,可以从推进立法、加大投入、提高图书馆从业人员素质等方面加以解决。The proposed Library Services Manifesto has a positive influence on the library development of our country. However, there are still problems on how to put the theory contents into practice and if the small and medium-sized libraries and the libraries in the remote districts can practice the service contents. The problems could be solved by promoting the legislation, increasing the investment and improving the quality of the librarians, etc.
